Ad account Connection Guide
You can connect your ad accounts on several platforms on Grasp.
Below is a guide on how to set it up :
- Meta ad accounts

Connect your Meta accounts using this link

Click on “Continue as ...” using the account that has sufficient access.

- You need to have either “create campaign” or “full control” access of at the ad account level. An “admin” access on the Business Manager is not sufficient.

- Do not edit the “choose what you allow” options. Grasp will not create/edit/delete ads but it’s mandatory to keep these options activated in order to connect accounts through the API

- Once this is done, a window will open on Grasp and allow you to choose which accounts to connect

- Connect your Google/DV360/CM360 accounts using this link
- Click on “Sign-in with Google” using the account that has sufficient access

- You need to have admin access

- Please make sure to check options from Google based on the network you need to connect. Grasp will not create/edit/delete ads but it’s mandatory to keep these options activated in order to connect accounts through the API

- Once this is done, a window will open on Grasp and allow you to choose which accounts to connect
- Connect your TikTok accounts using this link
- Click on “Added through API” using the account that has sufficient access
- Click on “Sign in with TikTok”

- Amazon ad accounts
- Connect your Amazon accounts using this link
- Click on “Added through API” using the account that has sufficient access
- Click on “Sign in with Amazon”

- Other platforms & networks
- On other platforms: by our extension based on “manual” reading & mapping
- Once Grasp’s extension is activated on these platforms, Grasp can “read” and map all displayed ad accounts and bring them to Grasp

- This type of “light” connection does not depend on strict user-level access on each platform
- NOTE: For this type of ad account connection, activation of Grasp’s extension on the needed media platforms is compulsory. Activate [HERE].
