You have several ways to do monitoring when you are admin.
We have structured them down into 3 pillars: Compliance, Team activity and Ad accounts.
1. Compliance
Score view
Using this link https://app.grasp.gg/overview you can monitor the compliance overview of all your ad accounts accross all platforms. It will be displayed as a score (0 to 100%) with a total number of entities created by your team and the ones which are invalid (flagged non compliant).
Teams
You have the possibility to view the compliance score by teams also to further define your search:
You must create your teams beforehand so that it is displayed > https://app.grasp.gg/organizati on/teams
Tip: Matching each team with its own ad accounts is compulsory
Source of noncompliances
Once you have identified the non compiant ad accounts, you can then enter it to pinpoint the source and accountability of each noncompliance

2. Team activity
Using the extention you can see your team activity - who is active or not, on which platforms, since when, etc
3. Ad account status
Using the extension you can also make sure all access throughout all your platforms is up to date.
