Campaign status update
The status of the campaign in monitoring is updated each time a new entity of the campaign (ad set or ad) is created/modified.
Grasp will update the status of the campaign depending on the status of that same campaign in the native platform at the moment of verification of this latest entity.
You can track the updates of every campaign in the column Last Update (hover over each date to see more details):
If the campaign had a scheduled start date and end date and was “Completed”, we will not update the status of the campaign on Grasp’s monitoring unless it was paused manually (this case mainly concerns Meta).
Currently, the status of the campaign includes only Active / Paused / Deleted / Archived / Unknown.
