How do I enable a taxonomy template in the Grasp extension ?

To make a taxonomy template (Magic Builder) appear in the Grasp extension, you must link it to a naming guideline.

To do this setup, you need one of the following user roles:

Step 1 : Make sure you have a taxonomy template created in the Taxonomy tab.

Step 2: Create a naming guideline, choose the right taxonomy template you need

Step 3 : Complete the other setup for the guideline , choose which ad accounts to apply etc..

Once saved, the taxonomy template will immediately be visible for buyers in Magic Builder.

Notes :

Editing a template affects all active guidelines.

If a template is linked to a guideline, any update you make — adding a new value, editing a field — will instantly update in the Magic Builder for all media buyers who use that template.
You can create alternative templates.

If you need a new taxonomy for a new period, you can keep your current template active until a specific date and then activate a new one.

This way, monitoring checks past campaigns against the old template, and new campaigns against the new template.
