Within the team members overview, users with full admin access and team management rights are able to invite new users to join Grasp.
There are different ways of inviting new users:
- Use the link within the section "share directly this link". This link can be shared to users that only require extension rights, and is linked to the organization (this is why you can find the organization ID in the link). When clicking on the link, users will be able to register within Grasp (recommended for bulk invites to extension users):
- Add the email of the user that you are willing to invite and choose the level of access. The user will then receive the invite by email in order to register:
