How to share guidelines with sub-organizations?
Grasp allows you to link different organizations together with a parent-child logic.
This allows you to share guidelines with your child organization and enforce settings for them.
Sharing guidelines applied on specific ad accounts
- Apply ad accounts to your guideline before sharing it
- You will be able to share the guideline with child organizations
- The child organization won't be able to change the guideline's settings and conditions. The guideline will be "ON" by default and the child organization can't turn it "OFF"
- Make sure that the child organization also connected the ad accounts, or share the ad accounts with the child organization

Sharing guidelines applied on all ad accounts (recommended for global organizations that want to enforce their global guidelines in all markets)
- Do not apply any ad account in the guideline (so the guideline will apply to all ad accounts by default)
- Select "Allow your partner to manage ad accounts associated with this guideline" (otherwise, you won't be able to share the guideline)
- You will be able to share the guideline with child organizations
- The child organization won't be able to change the guideline's settings, but will be able to change the guideline's conditions (ad accounts applied for instance)

5. You can also choose to share the guideline in "ON" or "OFF" status. If you share the guideline in "ON", the child organization won't be able to turn it off. If you share the guideline in "OFF", the child organization is able to turn ON the guideline on their side.
