Users’ rights and roles

Only users with Full Admin Access and Team Management roles can invite other users and edit users' roles from the team members overview.

• Full Admin Access – User can access all features, and company settings.

• Extension – User can use the Grasp extension to create and manage the Ads on Native Ad platforms.

• Guideline Management – User can create and manage guidelines.

• Governance – User can use the monitoring dashboard.

• Ad Account Full Management – User can connect, label, share, and remove ad accounts and see the full list of ad accounts connected.

• Ad Account Connection – User can only connect ad accounts but cannot see the full list of connected ad accounts in Grasp.

• Team Management – User can invite and remove other users, edit users' role, create teams, and manage teams settings.

• Taxonomies Management – User can create and edit taxonomies.

• Taxofix Management – User can manage taxofix and apply the fixes to the accounts.

• Media Plans View – User can only view media plans but cannot edit them.

• Media Plans Management – User can create, edit, and share media plans.

After editing a user role, please log out and log back in to apply the changes.
