The Inactive/Active status is related only to Grasp extension activity and is unrelated to Grasp web activity.
There are 2 possibilities why users are shown as inactive:
Some organizations use Single Sign-On (SSO) to connect to Grasp. As a result, users may have multiple accounts, which means they could be active in the extension under one organization but not another.
For example, if a user has access to both Organization A and Organization B, and is currently using the extension through Organization A, they will only be active in Organization A, not Organization B. To become active in Organization B, the user will need to switch to and connect through Organization B while using the extension.
There are 2 possibilities why users are shown as inactive:
- User hasn't logged into the Grasp extension (If you see the "Logout" option shown as below, it means you are logged in.)
- User has multiple accounts or in multiple organizations
