Why is my monitoring data not synced with the native platforms?
The monitoring is currently available on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Amazon Ads and Amazon DSP. It is also available for campaigns created through the extension on Traackr and Liveramp.

- The data will start appearing in the monitoring for campaigns that were created after the ad accounts were connected to Grasp. In specific cases such as for Google, CM360 and DV360, we also retrieve campaigns that are updated after the ad accounts were connected to Grasp, due to this behavior.
- Entities are displayed according to their creation time. If you select a specific time frame, we display entities created within the time frame, not all active campaigns within this time frame.
- All the ended/archived/deleted campaigns are not automatically updated within the monitoring. Therefore, if you make any change on one ended/archived/deleted campaign, the status on Grasp's monitoring will not be changed.
- For the rest of the campaigns (campaigns created after the ad account connection to Grasp, and live), changes will be updated daily and automatically in the monitoring.
- On Amazon DSP, only orders and line items can be monitored as Amazon is not sending any creation/update information for creatives which is not allowing Grasp to understand when a creative is created/updated
