Why it still shows non-compliance in the monitoring after being corrected?
If you edited the data after identifying non-compliance, this might be because:
- The campaign's serving status is ended/archived/deleted. And all the ended/archived/deleted campaigns are not automatically updated within the monitoring. Therefore, if you make any change on one ended/archived/deleted campaign, the status on Grasp's monitoring will not be changed.

You might wonder why they are still marked as non-compliant even though the entities’ status are shown as “active” in the monitoring, as illustrated below:
This because this status here is primary status and not serving status:
Primary status Vs Serving status
- Primary status is the main status of the entity, they could be shown as active/inactive/archived/deleted,
- Serving status depends on other settings such as start date, end date, budget limitation etc.
It is possible that the main status is active, but the serving status has ended, which is why it is not being updated in the monitoring. In other words, an entity will only be updated in the monitoring if both its primary status and serving status are active.
Grasp allows you to change this default settings within the guidelines: How to keep the ended/archived campaigns updated in the monitoring?
